The 5 steps of AI email triage

Step 1: Email ingestion

The AI connects to your inbox via OAuth (Gmail API or Microsoft Graph). It reads each incoming message as it arrives. No password sharing is required.

Step 2: Content analysis

Step 3: Priority scoring
